The Context
MATTE’s creative services found a perfect counterpart in The Ritz-Carlton Residences, where we led the development of a multi-faceted visual and storytelling suite of materials to bring their new South Beach, Miami condominium residences to life, crafting compelling physical and digital designs to drive interest, evoke desire, and elevate sales.
The Approach
Our approach anchored in three core elements:
- The South Beach location, with its renowned natural beauty, vibrant glamour, and cultural heritage.
- A deep appreciation of Miami Beach’s living history, where music, art, design, food, and architecture converge in an iconic landscape.
- The legacy of The Ritz-Carlton itself—a brand known worldwide for its unparalleled hospitality, now extending that legacy into permanent residences designed with discerning luxury in mind.
The Outcome
Our creative strategy centered on placing the reader in the perspective of a future resident, evoking the sensory experience of life at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, South Beach. Through imagery and design, we aimed to capture the serene, airy quality of the residences themselves, combining a sense of calm with South Beach’s vibrant, colorful energy. To bring this vision to life, we emphasized POV shots and expansive views that reflect the grand beauty and precious tranquility of the surroundings, along with lively, celebratory imagery that conveys a life well-lived—even in sections dedicated to tributing the location’s rich history.

A HOLISTIC SUITE
Additional creative outputs included a range of both digital and physical marketing collateral—branded stationary, brochures, property fact sheets, designed site, amenity & floor plans, digital ads and video loops for the sales center, and social media videos—all crafted to reflect the high-end allure of the property.



The Website
MATTE designed and developed a custom website that captures the luxury and character of their beachfront properties. From UX strategy to bespoke micro-interactions, we built a responsive, easy-to-navigate platform that seamlessly blends clean design with practical functionality—streamlining the product and creating a digital experience as thoughtful, detail-oriented, and refined as each one of their residences.
